But she was the dumpee... the denial is too real.

This is the shoujo equivalent of that scene in Air Bud where the kid tries to make the dog run away and be free.

Tell us how you really feel, Misuzu.

Also, if there's someone downstairs listening in, that would be Fluff.

@sedrick2070 Tomo already knows they were dating, that it was a disaster and there are no lingering feelings between the two. No risk for misunderstandings on that.
Avatar
i bet tomo is just down the stairs and only hears about them dating...
I hope i'm wrong.

@deadlypie
Don't be so mean. Even trees aren't as dense.

Also, everyone else.

A tree is dense.

God, she wants him so badly.
Avatar
@Borderline it doesn't change the fact he was the one who dumped her.

For some reason I think the little bitch is misunderstanding what Jun is apologizing for, I feel he thinks she is in love with Tomo
Avatar
@toastedguy she was about to dump Jun too, but he did first.

Avatar
@Axelord, I can see it being both.
Avatar
I see she is her mother's daughter, when it comes to handling guys.
Avatar
"It was my mistake!"
So, which was it? Going out with him or allowing him to drop her?
Avatar
Ah, she's trying to shift the blame onto her so that he doesn't feel guilty. That sure is a roundabout way of doing it - very Misuzu like.

You know, I've got the feeling that Misuzu is saying that in order to ease Jun's concerns and allow him to pursue Tomo. I want to believe she's helping them. In her own way.

why do you gotta be so mean, Misuzu? Misuzu?? Why?
Avatar
I actually prefer JunXmisuzu ship than JunXtomo ship

This arc has a lot to do with Misuzu being unable to admit her feelings to herself. Whether about Jun, Tomo, Carol, or herself. She's trying to convince herself that she's okay with what's happening when she's clearly not and she's upset that Jun is the person coming forward to try to alleviate it, since she prefers to think of him as useless. Here, she's just trying to deflect but she's getting close to a breaking point, making up blatant lies.
Avatar
he dumped her tho
Avatar
And to think I thought that it was Jun and Tomo who had the real problem. Seems the Dark Queen's memory is really..... dark on this matter. I hope fluffy is close by at the moment.
Avatar
I wonder what will happen if things turn bad with Tomo
Avatar
I think you guys are missing out on the meaning of her words: she didn't pick him up as in asking him out, she picked him up when she allowed him to date her; she knew he was using her and she was using him in kind. Same as when he dumped her, for you must all remember her reaction: she wasn't angry at being dumped, she was angry at being beaten at dumping by this useless musclehead; "this neanderthal dares dump me? ME?! I am the one who does the dumping not you!".

This is her ego speaking, not her memory.
Avatar
Just so ya'll know, this is what gaslighting looks like. Use this exact page any time anyone asks, kekekeke.
Avatar
@BCS Misuzu can't either
Avatar
Friggin tsundere maou.
Avatar
Misuzu....... Girl........ 😂😂
Avatar
Jun holding it in to say
"But I dumped you"
Avatar
Setting this blockhead straight. Good work Misuzu.
Avatar
Revisionism at its finest.
Avatar
@Lettosk,
True. Also, don't forget that it was Jun who asked her out as well. (Reference: chapter 689)

I think that she's just trying to rewrite history.
Avatar
C'mon Misuzu, tell us how you really feel! Don't beat around the bush.
Avatar
Her ego is only match by her IQ.
Avatar
But she wasn't the one that dumped him, it was him that dumped her
Avatar
This is so fucking stupid on so many fucking levels that I literally cannot even.
